Roosevelt Culinary Arts empowers today’s generation with food consciousness and agency. Students can use these skills on a personal level for their health, on a familial level to strengthen relationships and healthier food habits, and on a community level as food advocates and/or food professionals.
We strive to reclaim the power of food in order to nourish ourselves, reinvigorate our natural environment, dismantle inequality, and produce positive change.
Two semester long classes are currently available to all students at Roosevelt High School: Culinary Arts Level 1 and Level 2. Here is a link to the Class Syllabus.
